Founder Heather Lilly brings a journalism background, professional writing and editing experience, and approximately 20 years as a small-business owner. Her work as a photographer and virtual assistant has also included years of client, customer-service, business, and interpersonal communication.

The expertise here is communication—not therapy, legal advice, mediation, or relationship counseling. The goal is not to control another person’s reaction. It is to help you say what you mean accurately and appropriately, then let the recipient choose their response.
